Associate Manager (Fundraising & Community Development) - Bali

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support community initiatives.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and charity runs.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Create and distribute engaging content to raise awareness and support for community causes.
• Collaborate with the Voluntary Welfare Bali team to coordinate and execute community development projects.
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities and community impact.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community development programs.
• Represent PERSOL at community events and outreach activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
