📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-level legal advice and strategic counsel to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Oversee and manage legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Represent the company in legal negotiations and disputes.
Stay updated on legal developments and trends that may impact the company's operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors and consultants.
Ensure that the company's legal policies and procedures are in compliance with best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law.
Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and counsel to senior executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Professional certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
