📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Lead the tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring minimal tax liabilities while maximizing tax incentives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in finance, accounting, or tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, Indonesian GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
