You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our dining area, as well as assisting with any special requests or accommodations. With your exceptional communication skills and warm personality, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel right at home.

• Assist with special requests or accommodations, ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for.
• Uphold our company's policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the restaurant, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and presentable dining area.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge, including menu items and pricing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid ID and the ability to work legally in Indonesia.
