📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive support to our agency network, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze agency performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, understanding their needs and providing tailored support and resources.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of agency activities with company goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials to upskill and empower our agents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote agency business and drive growth through targeted initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, track performance, and generate reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our agency network remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of managing agency networks or supporting agency business.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a deep understanding of the local market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
