📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Engineering & Plant Operations department.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational improvement strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
