📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with vessel crews, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor vessel performance, track fuel consumption, and manage inventory levels.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with the fleet management team to optimize vessel routes and schedules.
• Provide technical support to vessel crews, including troubleshooting and maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and generate reports for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, preferably in the tanker industry.
• Certification as a Marine Superintendant (MSA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with maritime software and tools, such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
