As an IRGA Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also handle employee grievances, provide training and development opportunities, and work closely with the management team to address any industrial relations issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Certification in Industrial Relations or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
