In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces. You'll use industry-standard cleaning tools and products, such as eco-friendly detergents, high-efficiency vacuums, and steam cleaners. Daily tasks include inspecting rooms for damage, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet our strict hygiene standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
- Inspect rooms for damage and report any issues to the front desk
- Maintain and restock guest amenities, including towels, linens, and toiletries
- Ensure all cleaning areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards
- Use industry-standard cleaning tools and products, such as eco-friendly detergents, high-efficiency vacuums, and steam cleaners
- Follow and adhere to the housekeeping schedule and protocols
- Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Promote a positive and professional image of the property to guests and staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Housekeeping Staff di hotel atau properti serupa
- Memiliki sertifikasi dalam housekeeping atau manajemen fasilitas (disukai)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja dalam tim
- Memiliki kemampuan multitasking dan dapat bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang produk dan peralatan pembersih ekologis (disukai)
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang protokol kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja shift (pagi, siang, malam, atau weekend)
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja di lingkungan yang memerlukan ketelitian tinggi dan perhatian terhadap detail
