📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the customs clearance process for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely clearance and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customs clearance processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on customs clearance procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of customs clearance processes into overall supply chain operations.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, with a strong understanding of local and international customs regulations.
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using customs clearance software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international clients.
