  • Oversee and manage the fraud detection and prevention efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and implement fraud detection strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Monitor fraud trends and patterns to proactively address emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection systems and processes.
  • Analyze and report on fraud metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging fraud techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fraud operations team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in fraud detection, prevention, or risk management.
  • Strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with fraud detection tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services and payment processing is a plus.
