🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
