📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Implement and monitor store performance metrics and KPIs.,Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and feedback.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
