Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
  • Work closely with our engineering and development teams to improve our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train and mentor junior technical support staff, ensuring the continued growth and development of our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them to maximize the benefits of our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills in networking, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
