📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff management, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.
  • Train and develop sales staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and can provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales figures.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.
  • Manage and maintain a positive and professional work environment for all staff.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Ensure that the outlet is clean and well-maintained at all times.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
