In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the inventory system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Collaborate with procurement staff to negotiate and place orders for inventory items.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management and internal use.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to inventory management.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
