📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they are meeting quality and service standards.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards in accordance with health regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
