📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Experience in sourcing and screening candidates from diverse backgrounds.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
