📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance for property developments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in property law or regulatory compliance (e.g., SRI, ICLI, or similar).
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
