Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Lead and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet their needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
