📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.,Handle all customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are adequate and products are well-displayed.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role, preferably in a retail or service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a management or leadership role is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent is required.
