📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
