Depot Hana Bakery is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure network security.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
