📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement menu items in line with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Collaborate with management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
