Max Express Nusantara is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, safe, and available for use. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, safe, and available for use.,Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with mechanics and vendors as needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Track vehicle mileage and usage, and generate reports as needed.,Ensure that all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they are following all safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are following all company policies and procedures.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents that may occur with the company's vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
