📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.,Monitor and report on the success of sales promotions.,Assist in managing the promotion budget and ensuring it is used effectively.,Provide excellent customer service and support to customers during promotions.,Assist in the organization and coordination of promotional events.,Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and customer interactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Proven experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with coffee and the coffee industry is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
