📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
