📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
