📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate the transfer of vehicle ownership by assisting clients with BPKB and STNK processing.
• Process and verify all necessary documentation for vehicle registration, including identity verification, vehicle inspection, and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle registration requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicle registration transactions.
• Stay informed about changes in vehicle registration regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle registration, BPKB, or STNK processing, preferably in a government agency or private sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian vehicle registration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the registration process.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Valid Indonesian ID card and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
