DRIFT Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Maros. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail management and wants to make a difference in our store operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
