📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the HR team in preparing and distributing employee communications and documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and employment history.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR meetings and management reviews.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, such as insurance and retirement plans.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
