📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate vehicle schedules and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
  • Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance logs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
  • Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of fleet activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.
  • Ensure all vehicles are clean and well-maintained before and after use.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
