Sentral Dian Coffee is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our coffee processing equipment. This is an immediate opening, and we are excited to welcome a new team member who can hit the ground running.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other technical documentation.,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to improve clarity and readability.,Create and maintain technical diagrams, schematics, and other visual aids.,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of coffee processing equipment and technology.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
