📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food products are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and other required documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
