📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.,Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.,Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.,Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and presentable.,Handling mail and packages, and assisting with courier services.,Assisting with event organization and coordination.,Providing information about the company and its services.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs.
