Jaya Joko Sate is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the kitchen from anywhere while still delivering exceptional food to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.,Monitor food costs and portion sizes to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest food trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality and safety.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
