📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to enhance professional skills.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification (e.g., SIPP, STR).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
