As a Lead Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills and take on leadership responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take on leadership responsibilities.,Familiarity with financial regulations and standards is a plus.
