Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance, providing regular reports to senior management.Lead and motivate a team of Area Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.Identify and address any operational or quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or service industry.Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with the retail or service industry, including knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.🛠️ Keahlian
