Global Crown Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of our retail stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in retail management to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the retail store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Participate in inventory checks and ensure accuracy of stock records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or diploma holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with using retail management software is an advantage.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
