📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
