📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to implement and maintain high standards of patient care and service.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Represent the health center at community events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
