📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee event setup and breakdown, including decor, catering, and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests throughout the event.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during events.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of catering and event decor.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
