Spot Tech Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the preparation and distribution of employee benefits and compensation information.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing leave requests, attendance records, and payroll-related documents.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the HR Manager in any other tasks as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
